If you cancel or reschedule a booking, reasonable notice is required. If materials have been ordered specifically for your job, a restocking/cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are handled consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
If a dispute arises, we encourage prompt contact to resolve matters amicably before pursuing external legal action.
